TestPro Pte Ltd (“TestPro”) is a 100% owned subsidiary of Hy-Cad Systems & Engineering Pte. Ltd.

Established in June 2007, TestPro is a newly setup company, spin off from Hy-Cad Systems & Engineering Pte. Ltd. It aims to focus on the ever-growing and challenging Testing industries, both front-end and back-end Semiconductor industries.

TestPro with the same dedicated sales resources will manage the Testing business, undertaking full sales, service support and design to its customers in the region.
